The Louisiana Statistical Analysis Center (LSAC) of the Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement and Administration of Criminal Justice publishes the annual crime statistics of the state of Louisiana. In 2017, Washington Parish had a total number of 766 crimes reported. This includes 184 violent crimes and 582 property crimes.
